Q&A

Below are some frequently asked questions from our customers. If you have further inquiries, please feel free to ask our staff.

Q Does the treatment time in the price list (e.g., “30 minutes,” “60 minutes”) include time for changing clothes and foot bathing?
A No
The listed treatment time is strictly for the massage itself. The typical process is: tea service → changing → foot bath → massage → changing → tea service. So, if you choose a 30-minute course, you receive a full 30 minutes of massage (60 minutes means 60 minutes of massage, and so on). We use a timer to ensure accurate time management.
Q I’ve heard Thai massage can be quite acrobatic. Is there any risk of injury?
A No
While there are indeed some acrobatic stretches in Thai massage, our therapists carefully adjust the intensity based on your comfort level, so there’s no need to worry if it’s your first time. However, if you have conditions such as rheumatism or a herniated disc, please let us know in advance.
Q Do I need a reservation?
A No
We do accept walk-in customers, and you do not necessarily need a reservation. However, weekends and public holidays tend to be busier, so we recommend calling ahead to check availability if possible.
Q Can I use the shower?
A Yes
We have a clean shower room available. For those interested, you can use it once (either before or after your session) for an additional ¥500 (tax included).
