Also called “the most relaxing massage in the world.” It improves blood
and lymph circulation, helps relieve stiffness and fatigue, and boosts
immunity.
Thai Traditional Massage techniques include acupressure (with fingers,
palms, etc.), stretching, kneading, tapping, and more. In addition to fingers
and palms, therapists may use elbows, knees, or even feet. Among these
techniques, the famously “pleasantly painful” stretches are practically
synonymous with Thai massage, and help adjust the body in various ways.
Thai Traditional Massage is also called “yoga for two” because both yoga
and Thai massage share the same roots, and Thai massage incorporates many
yogic elements. By receiving Thai Traditional Massage, you can experience
some of the health and beauty benefits that yoga provides, such as improved
flexibility and circulation.
Of course, Thai Traditional Massage is not only about acrobatic stretching.
Its unique approach to acupressure and kneading focuses on stimulating
the body’s energy lines known as “Sen.” This stimulation is performed at
a gentle, slow rhythm—similar to deep breathing—helping dissolve stiff
muscles, improving blood and lymph circulation, and relieving pain. It
also boosts natural healing abilities and immune functions, preventing
further muscle stiffening and promoting detoxification for anti-aging benefits.

This is the “most relaxing massage in the world” in oil form.
In ancient Indian medicine (Ayurveda), which forms the roots of Thai Traditional
Massage, herb-infused oils have long been used for healing. Thai Aromatherapy
Oil Massage is a fusion of these Ayurvedic practices with Western oil massage
and aromatherapy.
Aromatherapy uses fragrant plant essences (essential oils) to promote physical
and mental well-being while enjoying their scents. During an oil massage,
the combined effects of hand techniques and the beneficial components of
the oils help relieve muscle tension, moisturize the skin, and maintain
warmth—potentially improving overall skin condition. As essential oils
penetrate through the skin and circulate via blood and lymph flow, they
can also help alleviate fatigue, reduce stiffness, and ease coldness in
the extremities.
Thai oil massage is characterized by moderate, firm strokes, making it
highly recommended for those with deep muscle tension.

Thai foot reflexology traces its origins back over 3,000 years to ancient
China, later introduced to Thailand where it was refined. We use a special
foot massage cream and sometimes a small wooden stick to stimulate the
“Sen” lines on the feet.
Often called the “second heart,” feet have reflex zones for the body’s
organs and systems. Stimulating these reflex zones indirectly massages
those organs and promotes the recovery of their functions, while also improving
blood and lymph flow. Of course, it’s great for relieving tired feet, but
it can also boost overall health.
In addition to the soles and tops of the feet, we also massage the calves.
