Also called “the most relaxing massage in the world.” It improves blood
and lymph flow, helps relieve stiffness and fatigue, and boosts immune
function.
Thai Traditional Massage techniques include pressing (with fingers, palms,
etc.), stretching, kneading, tapping, and more. In addition to hands and
fingers, therapists may use elbows, knees, or even feet. Among these techniques,
the famously “pleasantly painful” stretches are practically synonymous
with Thai massage and help realign the body.
Thai Traditional Massage is sometimes referred to as “yoga for two,” sharing
the same roots as yoga and integrating many yogic elements. As a result,
you can enjoy some of yoga’s benefits—such as improved flexibility and
circulation—simply by receiving Thai massage.
Thai massage is not only about acrobatic stretches. Its unique approach
to pressing and kneading focuses on stimulating energy lines called “Sen”
at a slow, deep-breath-like pace, helping loosen tight muscles, improve
circulation, relieve pain, and encourage the body’s natural healing and
immune responses. Preventing stiffness and removing accumulated waste in
the body also fosters anti-aging benefits.

The oil-based version of “the most relaxing massage in the world.”
In ancient Indian medicine (Ayurveda), which influenced the origins of
Thai massage, herbal-infused oils were used for therapy. Thai Aromatherapy
Oil Massage is a fusion of these Ayurvedic roots with Western oil massage
and aromatherapy.
Aromatherapy uses fragrant plant essences (essential oils) for relaxation
and to promote physical and mental health. During an oil massage, the pleasant
aroma and the active components of the oil help relieve muscle tension,
moisturize the skin, maintain warmth, and support overall skin health.
As essential oils are absorbed through the skin and circulate via blood
and lymph, they can also help alleviate fatigue, reduce stiffness, and
combat coldness in the extremities.
Thai oil massage is known for its moderately firm strokes, making it highly recommended for those with deep muscle tension.

Thai foot reflexology traces its origins back over 3,000 years to ancient
China, later refined in Thailand. We use a dedicated foot massage cream
and sometimes a wooden stick to stimulate the “Sen” lines on the soles.
Often called the “second heart,” the feet have reflex zones that project
to the entire body’s organs and systems. Stimulating these reflex areas
indirectly massages those organs and promotes better function, while also
improving blood and lymph circulation. Naturally, it relieves foot fatigue,
but it also benefits overall health.
In addition to the soles and tops of the feet, we also massage the calves.
